You'll choose your 45-minute appointment after checkout. Within 3 business days of your session, you'll receive a written action plan, plus 30 days of priority access. Then it's your choice: run the plan yourself, or ask us for a free, no-obligation quote for the fixes. $99 credited when the quoted project is approved within 30 days. Applies to new fix projects only, not Managed IT plans or on-site hourly work. Quotes are valid for 90 days.
No. It's a one-time consultation. If you'd like help with anything in your plan, we'll quote it for free, with no obligation.
Remote IT provides ongoing remote support and maintenance for up to three users. On-Site IT supports up to five users and includes one scheduled, two-hour visit every month.
Yes. On-site work is available separately at MMI's standard rate of $500/hour, with a two-hour minimum.
Additional work can be quoted separately before proceeding.
